ggmaya Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ggmaya. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and ggmaya ("ggmaya," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the ggmaya online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at ggmaya.net and its associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

ggmaya operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the body responsible for overseeing and regulating all gaming activities in the Philippines. ggmaya is committed to full compliance with all applicable PAGCOR regulations, guidelines, and directives as they apply to online gaming operators serving Filipino players.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the ggmaya Platform, regardless of the device, browser, or method by which the Platform is accessed. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply continuing to use any part of the Platform, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the ggmaya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Access to the ggmaya Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ggmaya or any other gaming platform operating under PAGCOR regulations.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ggmaya or any of its affiliates, technology providers, or game suppliers.

ggmaya employs robust age and identity verification procedures at the point of registration and, where required, prior to the processing of any withdrawal. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, and Voter's ID — all of which must be government-issued and unexpired.

Any player who provides false or misleading information regarding their age during registration or verification will have their account permanently closed. Any funds held in such an account at the time of closure — including winnings and bonus balances — will be forfeited. ggmaya may also report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

To access real-money gaming services on the ggmaya Platform, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ggmaya uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations under Philippine law, ggmaya requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification may require submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate, not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account, or bank account confirmation)
• A selfie with your ID and a handwritten note bearing your account username and the current date

ggmaya reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend account functionality — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of registration may be closed at ggmaya's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ggmaya account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

ggmaya implements OTP verification for logins from new or unrecognised devices. You must ensure that your registered mobile number and email address are kept current at all times. ggmaya will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ggmaya immediately at [email protected]. ggmaya will investigate all reports of suspected unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the affected account pending investigation.

You agree not to use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, whether for the purpose of gameplay, account management, or any other function. The use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

All financial transactions on the ggmaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are accepted via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ggmaya does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment transfers.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the player's account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) and InstaPay are credited upon confirmation from the sending institution, typically within 15 minutes during banking hours. ggmaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The following withdrawal processing timelines apply:

• GCash and Maya: Same-day processing for verified accounts, typically within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Processed within banking hours, typically 1–2 business hours after approval.
• PesoNet: Processed by the next banking day.

ggmaya reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold set by our compliance team. We also reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other Terms violations.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. ggmaya does not charge deposit fees. A nominal processing fee may apply to certain withdrawal methods; where applicable, this will be clearly disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

ggmaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

The following general conditions apply to all ggmaya bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to use on specific game categories. Check the promotion page for eligible games.
• ggmaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all related bonus and winnings balances and may result in permanent account suspension.
• ggmaya reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse.

Players who have requested self-exclusion or who are subject to responsible gaming restrictions may be excluded from promotional offers at ggmaya's discretion, in the interest of promoting responsible play.

All games available on the ggmaya Platform — including slot games, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), jackpot games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page.

ggmaya's RNG (Random Number Generator) slot and table games use certified RNG technology provided by licensed game studios. The RNG systems used in these games are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers streamed from licensed studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during active gameplay, ggmaya's system logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the time of the malfunction. ggmaya reserves the right to void any game round affected by a malfunction. Wagers placed during a malfunctioning round will be refunded to the player's account balance.

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time up to the start of the relevant event. Bets accepted at confirmed odds will be honoured at those odds even if the displayed odds subsequently change, except in cases of manifest error. In the event of a manifest odds error, ggmaya reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggmaya Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the ggmaya Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account to access or use the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraud with other players or third parties.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's code, servers, or databases.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person for commercial gain without ggmaya's express written authorisation.

ggmaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of problem gambling among our player base. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at any time via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your ggmaya account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when your active session reaches a duration you specify.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

ggmaya strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will never knowingly permit underage individuals to access real-money gaming on the Platform. This is a legal obligation under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, and one we take with the utmost seriousness.

All content on the ggmaya Platform — including but not limited to the ggmaya brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of ggmaya or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in strict accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for any purpose other than your personal use.

Any unauthorised use of ggmaya's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You may not use the ggmaya name, logo, or any related trademarks without our express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggmaya, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, technology providers, and game suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether ggmaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ggmaya shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from:

• Technical faults, server outages, or platform downtime beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Actions taken by ggmaya in the proper enforcement of these Terms, including account suspension or closure for Terms violations.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or internet outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ggmaya's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.

ggmaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's data governance requirements. Our full data practices are described in the ggmaya Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on ggmaya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and where you have given separate consent, marketing communications.

ggmaya will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), law enforcement agencies, and our licensed technology and payment partners strictly as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform. All such partners are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

ggmaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, or updates required by changes in applicable law — ggmaya may update these Terms immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date on which the current version of the Terms took effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ggmaya, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. ggmaya commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and to working in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where ggmaya is required to respond to regulatory inquiries or complaints filed with PAGCOR in connection with a player dispute, ggmaya will cooperate fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
